Job, course, and contact details shared in chats or listings are only visible to relevant parties.

To match Operators to roles via the Search Tool.
To enable communication between Operators and Companies.
To allow Training Providers to list courses in the Directory.
To provide updates, resources, and tools on the Hub.
To process payments (subscriptions or listings).

Terms of Use
1. Definitions
App: SecuSearch (website, mobile app, and services).
Operator: Security personnel registered on the App.
Company: Businesses using the App to find Operators or list courses.
Training Provider: Organisations listing training.
Hub Tools: Interactive homepage with updates, resources, and partners.
User: Any individual or entity using the App.
2. General Terms
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Users must be 18 years or older. Operators must be legally eligible to work. Companies and Training Providers must be properly registered businesses or organisations.
Registration does not guarantee jobs, hires, or course bookings.
We may suspend or delete accounts that provide false information, engage in fraud, misconduct, or misuse the platform.
3. Operators
Operators must provide accurate and up-to-date profile information.
Operators are solely responsible for verifying their qualifications with Companies.
SecuSearch does not handle or facilitate payments between Operators and Companies.
SecuSearch is not liable for disputes, contracts, or non-payment.
4. Companies
Companies must verify Operators’ qualifications and eligibility.
Companies are responsible for handling payments and ensuring legal compliance.
SecuSearch does not mediate or resolve disputes between Users.
5. Training Providers
Training Providers are responsible for the accuracy of course details listed.
Training Providers must ensure compliance with all applicable standards and laws.
SecuSearch does not guarantee course attendance or completion.
6. Platform Use and Limitations
We take reasonable steps to maintain the security and availability of the App but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Third-party services may apply (including hosting and payments).
Data is collected and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
SecuSearch is a platform only. It is not an employer, recruiter, or training provider.
Users are responsible for their own due diligence, including verifying credentials and compliance.
SecuSearch does not verify or endorse Users, Companies, or courses.
All risks arising from interactions on the App are assumed by the Users.
SecuSearch is not liable for disputes, non-payment, non-performance, or compliance issues between Users.
8. Dispute Resolution
Users agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before taking legal action.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

* Check legitimacy via Companies House, website, or professional presence.
* Clarify pay rate, terms, and who is responsible for payment.
* Never share personal documents (e.g. passport, SIA licence copy) unless you’re certain who you’re dealing with.

SecuSearch allows you to search for and message operators who match your exact criteria - without posting public job details. However, operator verification is not conducted through the app. You must carry out your own checks before engagement.Before confirming an operator, we recommend you:

We do not verify or endorse individual courses or providers, so please complete your own checks before booking.Before paying for or attending a course:

* Check that the course is approved or recognised by the relevant awarding body.
