SecuSearch is created by those in the industry who understand the challenges of finding and hiring security personnel. Designed with both security professionals and hiring companies in mind, our app streamlines connections, ensures transparency, and makes the hiring process easier, faster, and more efficient for everyone involved.

We wanted to improve hiring and getting hired beyond the current methodology of group chats and non-specific job search engines. The lack of protection around job posts and personal information directly contradicts the core values of the security industry.

The app allows companies to search for personnel, using search filters which have been curated specifically for the security industry. Only operators that match your filters will show up, you can then make contact, in app, about the role you want to fill.

Operator sign up is user friendly, specific to the industry and you can update your profile whenever you want.
