Companies set the search parameters to whatever the task requires, this includes important details such as qualifications, location, dates available and many more. Only operators who are qualified and available for the task will come up. No details are shared with large group chats, keeping your email/contact traffic low and increasing integrity and productivity.

What makes it efficient for operators?

As an operator your profile will only appear to companies if your qualifications and availability match their search criteria. You block out your own availability and use your own location which can be updated at any time, meaning you can pick up adhoc tasks as well as the potential of longer-term tasks. This applies for close protection, door supervisors, security guards and CCTV operators.
