TERMS AND CONDITIONS / USER AGREEMENT

Welcome to SecuSearch (the "App"), a platform designed to connect security personnel with companies seeking their services based on availability, qualifications, and experience. By using our App, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. DEFINITIONS
"App" refers to [SecuSearch], including its website, mobile application, and related services.
"Company" refers to businesses or organizations using the App to find security personnel.
"Operator" or "Individual User" refers to security personnel registering on the App to be found by Companies.
"We," "Us," and "Our" refer to SecuSearch Ltd and its owners, affiliates, and partners.
"User" refers to both Companies and Operators collectively.
2. GENERAL TERMS
2.1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2.2 Eligibility
Operators must be legally eligible to work as security personnel in their respective jurisdictions.
Companies must be legally registered businesses or organizations.
Users must be at least 18 years old.
2.3 No Guarantee of Work or Hiring
For Operators: Registration on the App does not guarantee job offers, shifts, or employment.
For Companies: The App does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or suitability of any Operator.
2.4 App Misuse and Account Termination
We reserve the right to delete, suspend, or restrict accounts if Users:
Provide false or misleading information.
Engage in harassment, fraud, or any form of misconduct.
Use the App for purposes other than its intended function.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
3. FOR INDIVIDUAL USERS (OPERATORS)
3.1 Profile Information
Operators must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:
Qualifications and certifications.
Work experience.
Availability.
3.2 Verification and Compliance
Operators are responsible for ensuring that their qualifications meet the requirements of Companies and regulatory bodies.
The App does not verify credentials, work permits, or criminal background checks; Companies must conduct their own due diligence.
3.3 Payment and Fees
The App may charge Operators a subscription fee or service fee, which will be clearly outlined at the time of registration.
The App is not responsible for payments between Companies and Operators.
3.4 Liability
The App is not liable for any disputes, non-payment, or contractual breaches between Operators and Companies.
Operators agree to indemnify the App against any claims arising from their work engagements.
4. FOR COMPANIES
4.1 Verification of Security Personnel
Companies are solely responsible for verifying the qualifications, background, and legal eligibility of Operators.
The App does not conduct employment screening or background checks.
4.2 Payment Responsibilities
Companies are responsible for negotiating and handling payments directly with Operators.
The App does not mediate or guarantee any payments between Users.
4.3 Compliance with Employment Laws
Companies must ensure that all employment offers and contracts comply with local labour laws and regulations.
The App is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from employment agreements.
5. PLATFORM USE AND LIMITATIONS
5.1 Availability and Technical Issues
We strive to maintain an operational and secure App, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
5.2 Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services for payments, background checks, or messaging.
Users agree to comply with the terms of any third-party service providers.
5.3 Data Privacy
User data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App does not sell personal data to third parties.
6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SecuSearch is a platform designed to facilitate connections between security professionals and companies seeking security services. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the legitimacy, qualifications, or legal compliance of any users, companies, or job postings on our platform.
By using SecuSearch, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging with any company, security professional, or job opportunity.
We do not conduct background checks or verify the identity or legitimacy of any parties.
We are not responsible for any agreements, disputes, payments, legal compliance, or other matters arising from connections made through the platform.
Any risks associated with using the platform, including but not limited to financial loss, legal disputes, or security concerns, are assumed entirely by the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecuSearch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Users agree to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom
