✅ Employer Verification

- Is the company name provided?

- Do they have a website or social media?

- Are they listed on Companies House or a public business registry?

- Do they have a valid contact number or email?

- Have you or someone you know worked with them before?

💼 Job Details

- Is the full address or postcode provided?

- Are the shift times and dates confirmed?

- Is the role clearly described (DS, CP, static, etc)?

- Are dress code or equipment requirements listed?

💰 Payment Terms

- Is the rate of pay confirmed (hourly or fixed day rate)?

- Have they told you when you’ll be paid?

- Is the payment method clear?

- Is this information in writing (text, email, etc)?

📄 Documentation & Privacy

- Have they asked for your SIA number?

- Have they shared a contract or assignment brief?

- Are they GDPR-compliant with your personal info?

- Do they offer terms and conditions before the shift?

🚩 Red Flags to Watch Out For

- Rushing you into a job without full info

- Offering unusually high rates with no explanation

- Refusing to give references or company info
